September 17
Art Walk: The Art Walk is an opportunity to experience art on a variety of levels. Fine art, sculpture, paintings, drawings, photography and fiber art will be on display at a variety of venues through Downtown Greenville. In addition there will be various musical groups, sidewalk theater, wine tasting and gourmet food. The Art Walk begins at 5 pm - midnight. October 2
Apple Day: This all-day Apple Festival celebrates fall with Apple Pie baking contest, Apple Cider, and Apple Butter Sales as well as a farmer's market featuring fall produce. Craft vendors, music, dance, children's activities and food all make this a wonderful fall celebration. Farmer's Market begins at 7 am, main festivities begin at 9 am and run through 4 pm. Ripson Bridge Festival: This festival celebrates the historic Ripson Bridge with many historical crafts such as lye soap making and vendors, apple butter making, old-time craft vendors, blue grass music, and plenty of food. Family Fall Festival and Living History Days: At the American Farm Heritage Museum and Historic Hills Fort Replica on the museum grounds.
